• Introduction

  Yangpyeong, according to population ratio, has the greatest number of artists living in the city in Korea. In 2011, Yangpyeong-gun has built this art center to foster and expand art & culture. It has not only the exhibition halls but also has seminar room and café, and its goal is to make an experiment oriented cultural space and a thematic tour product.

• Introduction

  This museum is where you can learn about the ecology, precious existence and values of insects inhabited in domestic and overseas including Yangpyeong area, and further learn about the coexistence of human beings with the nature. This museum was established through the donation by Dr. Shin, Yu Hang’s life time hard work (Kyunghee University Honorary Professor), who is the best authority in the insect research field of Korea, and it is truly the best insect museum in Korea that has about 460 species and 1,500 different insects put in one place.

• Introduction

  Dr. Park Gallery has held exhibitions of various types and contents and participated in international art fairs such as KIAF or ART SINGAPORE to reach closer at its goal. Dr. Park Gallery will concentrate every competency to expand the participation in international art fairs, promote the active exchange among galleries, and expand the opportunity to advance to overseas by domestic artists.

• Introduction

  This gallery has about 60 pyeong scale exhibition hall on each 2nd floor and 3rd floor, and there are other spaces for workshop room, seminar room, and coffee shop. The gallery is even designated as culture & art street from Yangpyeong–gun around the photo gallery 「瓦WA」, the street is lined up with “Batangol Art Center”, “Galleria Gio(special sculpture gallery)”, “Gallery Monticello(special pottery gallery)”, and “Dr. Park’s collection & gallery(special painting gallery/ In preparation for open)”, etc.
